Every booking includes setup, standard cleaning, tables and chairs, and on-site staff during your event. Pool bookings include certified lifeguards. Optional add-ons — catering kitchen access, an AV technician, additional cleaning, and more — can be selected at checkout.

Absolutely. We have a full commercial catering kitchen on-site that your caterer or event team is welcome to use. You're free to bring in outside catering, or we're happy to recommend trusted local partners.

Yes — we offer ample free on-site parking with river views, right beside the building. No valet, no off-site lots, no hassle for your guests.

You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before your event. Within 14 days, the refundable deposit is retained. Full details are included in your rental agreement at checkout.
